A Regular AI Receptionist
Is a Liability in Your Office.

Standard AI answering services were never designed to touch protected health information or privileged client communications. If yours does, the exposure lands on your practice — not the vendor. That's why medical and law offices get their own build, their own safeguards, and their own pricing.

Medical Offices

The moment a caller says why they're calling, you're handling PHI. A general AI receptionist stores transcripts and recordings wherever it likes, with no BAA behind it and no controls on who can read them. Our medical build runs on a signed Business Associate Agreement, encrypted transcript storage, access controls, and PHI-aware call handling — the AI collects what it needs to schedule and route, and nothing it shouldn't.

Law Offices

Legal intake carries risks a generic bot walks straight into: creating an implied attorney-client relationship, giving something that sounds like legal advice, or taking a conflicted matter. Our legal build runs conflict-check questions before intake goes deep, enforces hard no-legal-advice guardrails, states clearly that no relationship is formed until your firm accepts the matter, and keeps confidential intake records audit-ready.

Live in 3 Business Days.

No enterprise procurement cycle. No six-figure implementation. We build it, we deploy it, you keep practicing.

Pick Your Practice Type

Medical or legal, solo or busier office. The compliance layer is built into every plan on this page — it isn't an upsell you can forget to buy.

We Build & Paper It

We configure your intake flows, connect your calendars, and put the compliance paperwork in place — BAA for medical practices, confidentiality and records terms for law offices.

Go Live in 3 Days

Your AI answers within 3 business days of setup, or your setup fee comes back. First monthly payment isn't due until 30 days after go-live.

Itemized. Flat.
No Promotional Games.

Every price below is broken out so you can see exactly what the base service costs and exactly what the compliance layer costs. Setup is cost-recovery only and is never discounted — for anyone, ever.

Why setup costs what it costs. The setup fee on both plans is cost-recovery only — it covers the compliance tooling, agreements, and configuration work required before your AI can legally answer a single call. There is no margin in it, which is also why there is no promotional version of it. Anyone offering you a discounted compliance setup is discounting something you actually need.

Questions Practices Actually Ask

Will you sign a BAA?

Yes — for every medical plan, before go-live. That's part of what the $600/mo HIPAA compliance rider pays for. If a vendor won't sign one, they shouldn't be near your phones.

Does the AI give legal advice?

No, and it's built not to. It gathers intake information, runs conflict-check questions, states plainly that no attorney-client relationship exists until your firm accepts the matter, and routes the caller to you. Anything resembling advice is refused and escalated.

Why is the legal rider more expensive than the medical one?

Legal intake carries heavier per-matter compliance obligations — conflict screening, privilege handling, and record retention — and the tooling behind it costs more to run. We show you the base and the rider separately so you can see exactly where the difference sits.

Is there any way to reduce the setup fee?

No. Setup is priced at cost on both plans and is never discounted, promoted, or negotiated. That's a deliberate policy, not a negotiating posture.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Both plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime. Your first monthly payment isn't due until 30 days after your AI goes live.

Who do I reach if something breaks?

A real person in the US. Support is human, not a ticket queue, and additional hands-on remote work is billed at $95/hr if you ever want it.

One honest note. No vendor can make your practice compliant on its own — compliance depends on how your office operates as a whole. What we do is make sure the AI answering your phones is built, papered, and configured so it strengthens your posture instead of quietly undermining it. Review the specifics with your own counsel or compliance officer before you go live.
